PTAP1320 : Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation
This course examines the principles and techniques used in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions across the lifespan. Students explore tissue healing, common orthopedic disorders, and therapeutic interventions, including range of motion, strengthening, balance training, and soft tissue techniques. Emphasis is placed on applying evidence-informed practice, clinical reasoning, and patient management principles to support safe and effective implementation of the physical therapy plan of care.
