PTAP2400 : Neuromuscular Rehabilitation

This course examines the principles and interventions used in the rehabilitation of individuals with neurological conditions across the lifespan. Students explore the structure and function of the nervous system, common neurological disorders, and the impact of cognitive, perceptual, and motor impairments on function. Emphasis is placed on clinical reasoning, use of outcome measures, and application of evidence-informed approaches to support safe and effective implementation of the physical therapy plan of care.
